We specialize in the planning, design, and
implementation of organization-wide diversity, gender equity (sexual
harassment prevention), and mentoring training initiatives.
In the consulting arena, we also provide
executive coaching, mentoring, and expert witness testimony. To help you stay

Who is Mauricio Velásquez?

Mauricio Velásquez is the
President of The Diversity Training Group (DTG) in Reston, VA. Mr.
Velásquez and his training team specialize in the planning, design, and
implementation of organization-wide diversity, gender equity, and
mentoring training initiatives. Mr. Velásquez also serves as an
executive coach, mentor, and expert witness, and assists organizations
with multicultural marketing, selling, and customer service (diversity
of clients).
DTG's clients include small
and large, public and private organizations. A partial list includes
AlliedSignal Aerospace (NASA), Arbitron, Bay Area Health Care, Black
& Decker, Care Rehabilitation, Center for Strategic and
International Studies, Chapel Valley Landscape, FDIC, Hewlett-Packard,

Mauricio is formerly a human resource
generalist and also served as a demographic researcher for the Internal
Revenue Service where he first anticipated the rise of diversity inside
and outside the workplace. Mauricio had the good fortune to work with
Dr. W. Edwards Deming and Peter F. Drucker and credits much of his
interest in human resource management and the earning of his MBA to
their influences.
Mauricio has trained over 15,000
employees, managers, and executives from over 575 different companies in
the areas of diversity, gender equity, mentoring, and multicultural
marketing and selling.
